Printing On Dark Garments
Do you need to come down to meet with us? yes you can by appointment only. Please always call us prior to coming down. We have a new warehouse at a seperate location for our screen printing department. We can schedule a day and time to go over your project with you. We are a very busy shop and our schedule changes hourly due to our fast turnaround and always taking on rush orders. To get things started email us your artwork to make sure it is workable. We will review it and tell you if anything needs to be done by email or by phone. We will give you recommendations. We can then give you an accurate quote based on what you send us.

All orders are on a first come first serve basis. The sooner we have everyrthing we need the quicker we can get your job done. Once we receive your payment or deposit you are then placed into our schedule and guaranteed on time delivery. Our turnaround time is 1-10 business days depending on our work load. The average production time is 2-5 days. If there are any deadlines be sure to state that on the order form. We sometimes can take on rush jobs. It will depend on our work load and time of day you place your order. Our schedule changes hourly. We will require payment immediately to secure your spot. once we recieve your order we go to work. It is be a good idea to read over the T-shirt FAQ to fully understand the ordering process before placing your order. If you have a rush order and are don't live locally please state that and review the shipping information before placing your order. You can also make arrangements for local pick up on larger orders. It is a good idea to contact us before placing your order to see where our schedule is.
Minimum Order 24 pieces for Walk Ins
All orders less than 24 pieces are have to be order online print and ship only. If you need only a couple of shirts we print and ship them to you. We do not accept walk in orders on under 24 pieces. That is our minimum. Local pick up is not available. We are very busy shop dealing with people from all over the world keeping up with our deadlines. To accomadate everybody placing your order online is the best way to guarantee delivery.
Website Prices are for sizes men's and women's small thru extra large only. Upcharges for 2XL-5XL are $1.50 an additional upcharge per shirt per size up in addition to the regular shirt cost. Larger size shirts 2XL and up are not the same price as sizes regular sizes small extra large. For 2XL shirt sizes add $1.50 more per shirt, 3XL shirt size add $3.00 more per shirt, 4XL shirt size add $4.50 more per shirt, 5XL shirt size add $6.00 more per shirt.
We go over your artwork before we start any job. We will advise the best print method to use in a cost effective way. Our prices are based on artwork being done with no modifications needed. If there are additional changes/modifications there could be additional charge. Our job is to make your shirt look exactly how you send the artwork. There are things we may need to do to make it turn out like your shirt. All t-shirt designs start with the artwork. If the artwork is NOT done corectly then the finish end result will not be of highest quality. We can help give you ideas.
The prices on this website are "Ready to print" which means that the artwork is ready to print exactly how it is. If any artwork modifications are needed there could be an additional charge of $30.00 per hour in addition to the the t-shirt prices. Artwork charges will be prorated based on every 15 minutes. T-shirt prices do not include artwork charges. To save money it is best to do it yourself or have someone you know do it. We will advise accordling to what would needed to be done. We will give you and estimate before any work would begin. Such would be the case of a distorted graphic, major modications to design, etc. We provide graphic design consulting with your order.
We do not start on any job without a deposit or paid in full payment. If samples are needed, they are made after we receive deposit or full payment. We do not make samples upfront without a deposit.
Larger t-shirt sizes
Printing on colored garments. If you have a 2 color print job you may need to add an additional print "Underbase" to hold the colors in place. Such colors would be black, navy blue, dark brown, athletic heather, or any other really dark shirt. Otherwise the print will show up tranparent where you see the color of the shirt showing thru. For example a red and white print design on a black shirt you would need to print white underbase, print white again then the red. This is the correct way to do it. This would require a total of 3 prints not 2. However if your printing on a pastel colored shirt or light shirt with a dark ink will print ok such as red on pink, brown on tan etc. This is why we need to see your artwork to tell you what needs to be done to make your garment come out correct. We print by using automatic screen printing machines which will provide the finest quality, consistant prints-even pressure verses manuel printing. We will price accordingly to the cost of manufacturing.
Once we start your job we take a picture of the first print on the shirt and text or email it to you. We take the time to do this it's part of our customer service. It gives you a visual what the tshirt will look like. By do this you see exactly what your getting and can post it live on a social media website to let everyone know about your shirts or even put them up for sale.
Artwork Prepress Approvals
Wholesale and Nonprofit Organizations
For wholesale orders we will need to have a copy of your CA resale certificate to advoid being charged sales tax. For nonprofit orginazations we will need to have a copy of your Tax Exempt certificate.
What is ringspun cotton?
Compared to regular cotton it feels super soft.It is also called "Premium or Higher End" type of cotton garment.
We require all orders to be filled out online. The order form is designed to provide us all information on your job. It helps us keep all your information together. Please fill it out entirely. Include shirt colors, sizes, with quantites. Then proceed to the following step and send is your artwork. We do not accept text message orders. We do take email or phone orders once the order form is completed.
Send your artwork for prepress approval.
We do not accept oversized artwork files by third party file websites such as dropbox. These slow down our computers and take forever to download. It isn't neccessary to send such large files. We do not accept microsoft office docs. They will produce a poor resoluton that we can not use. Adjust settings to send as an attachment. We accept files in the following artwork formats at 300 dpi or higher:

Terms of Payment
Ordering/Methods of Payment
At the end of checkout you will recieve a confirmation from PayPal.com and
an email will be sent to you immediately.
UnderGround Squeegee.com uses secure PayPal.com ordering to process online orders. We accept checks, cash, credit or debit cards. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Echeck to make ordering Fast and Easy. We also accept regular personal checks, business checks and money orders. *All echecks take 10 working business days and regular checks take one week (5 working business days for clearance before start of production). When you order it will be billed in full immediately. Our server is very strict about credit card holder information. Please be sure to provide proper billing information exactly as it appears on your monthly billing statement from the card issuing bank.
We recieve all internet orders paid in full up front before we begin any job.
If you live locally then you can do 50% down and 50% when you pick up the order.
We do not do 30 day net terms. Larger first time orders over $3,000.00 are either paid upfront by cash, certified bank check, or bank wire before or on delivery of merchandise.
